I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The lovely wallpaper and elegant furnishings made me feel like I was staying in a cozy English cottage. The general areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the hotel's accessibility was fantastic for someone like me, a senior woman. The staff ensured that there were handrails in the hallways and ramps where needed, making it easy for me to move around without any concerns.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of providing information catered to senior guests. It would have been helpful if they had offered recommendations for nearby restaurants with senior-friendly menus or suggested activities that are less physically demanding.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, our christmas was comfortable. Brian made everything for all of us. All the facilities were FANTASTIC, and if you need there's public parking nearby. There were a lounge, a sofa set, and a dining table to use. Had access to particularly good bathroom and kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at a spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well! The apartment was also very clean and well equipped, with access to streaming TV channels. The ground floor location and outside space were a bonus, and we enjoyed the convenience of a good shower. The location was perfect for quick access to the sick kids hospital, and we appreciated the cosy feeling of the place. The hosts were amazing and promptly resolved any issues we had, such as fixing the washing machine within two hours of reporting a slight issue. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.
There were some drawbacks to our stay. The bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult for a larger person to move or get into the bath.

We had a fantastic stay at this well-equipped and spacious apartment. The location was perfect, away from the city's hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of the Old Town. The cleanliness was top-notch, and we loved having access to streaming TV channels. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had good pressure and hot water. The lounge area was great, with plenty of seating and a dining table for four. The highlight was definitely the outside space, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in our own garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had no issues with getting the keys on arrival.
The breakfast menu could have benefited from a larger variety of options.

The location of the accommodation was ideal, just a short walk through a beautiful park to the city center. It was a peaceful and convenient spot, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
One small downside was the lack of cooking implements in the kitchen, which made preparing meals a bit challenging. this was not a major issue as there were plenty of dining options nearby.

The National Museum of Scotland is conveniently not far from the property, so I walked there quite easily. I was thrilled to find that Roseneath has a washing machine, because who doesn't love doing laundry on vacation? And the free WiFi was a real lifesaver for staying connected with my Netflix binge.
Oh, the joy of using a tiny sink in the bathroom! It was such a delightful challenge to brush my teeth and splash water all over myself.
